Brake drums- same part #, different drums? Empty

Howdy!

I ordered a set of AC Delco replacement brake drums from Rock Auto (AC Delco part #18B4). One has the specs stamped on the outer face while the other doesn't. The one without the specs stamped on it has balancing weights. The size, bolt pattern, cooling fins and everything else appears to be identical.

Can anyone explain why this might be? Were these supplied to AC Delco by different vendors?

Thanks!

Some balance "as is" from the casting, just like wheels. The lack of specs may be from different foundries.
