vortec upgrade on my 93

hello, im brand new to the forum and new to owning a B body as well. Im trying to get some more power out of my 93 TBI. i think im going to go with vortec heads intake and a holley 650 cfm throttle body, but i dont know what heads would work, and if i did this would i have to mess with the ECM at all? what all do i need guys? thanx
