LT1 Water Pump Seal Tool, Aluminum $6.50 Shipped

These are Aluminum CNC machined LT1 Water Pump Seal Tools. The seal on the water pump drive shaft is a double lip teflon seal. You need a special tool to slightly stretch the lips so the inner can go onto the seal area without folding in. Kent Moore sells the tool to do this, but their cost is now $80+. Buy from me, you won't go wrong

You can use a socket, or the drive coupler, but they're not tapered, and of course not specifically made for the job $6.50 Shipped US/Canada.

Sorry about that. I had never registered over here, and I recall Mr Buick (Cory) saying a few guys hang out here that don't hang out on BF, or ISSF, so I wanted to make sure I let everyone know they're available again

^ Go to ebay, and type in LT1 water pump tool, but be prepared, they're not as cheap as mine.

Any chance of you making a batch of these again?

If you gently massage the seal, you can get it to expand a bit. Then polish the water pump drive coupler and then slide the seal carefully over it, then use the right size socket as a seal driver. Worked for me.
