The fun begins! Got the wheels, tires and gas-adjusts installed. First chance to go for a somewhat dry ride. Tires are very quiet, no rubbing even when trying to dig the front bumper in the ground around some bumpy corners. I'm a bit underwhelmed by the KYBs. I've put them on quite a few rigs and this is the first time I've thought that the valving might be a bit soft. Oh well, not gonna sweat it until I get it lowered.

Wheels are Ridler 18x8 with 235/55x18 Bridgestones. Chose the black just in case JimR and I end up in the same parking lot.

Vern

LOL I'm pretty sure that has something to do with my aversion to Fords.

Love it.

I'd probably die in that car with no window tint, though. I don't know how you guys do it....

Thanks all.... Tint and B pillars are two of the many things that are on the list. Trying to focus on the mechanical stuff first. A group of Moog front end parts will be here Monday. Once they are installed and I get it in to be aligned I'll be done with the "make it safe" stuff and can start with the fun things on the list!

Cheers, Vern
