Hey all, I have a 91 OCC and I need what I believe is called a "sail panel".
Color doesn't matter. It's on the driver's side.

I have lots of them. PM me if you want me to send you out one. Do you still have the little pins on the clips. Best to re-use and re-glue. Then put some double sided tape to hold it on better.
Fred may have some in FLA and save you the shipping.

I hear that using windshield adhesive under them is better than the clips.

great idea, but the clips might also help alignment.

The top and bottom clips do the alignment. The center pins are the problem, because they come loose, and the end clips are not strong enough to hold the panel on. Windshield adhesive is probably the best way, but be careful to not get it on the paint outside of the sail panels. Make sure you remove all the goo on the panel.
