My car (white wagon) was a single cooling fan. My wife's wagon is a few months "younger" (there are only about 400 VINs between them). Hers has two smaller engine cooling fans. Was that on option, or an upgrade ?

The mechanical fan designates a tow pack car. Check the SPID tag for V92.

Thanks for your fast response. The car was not fitted with any tow bar, as far as I can tell. Is this ODD !?!? Or perhpas it eas intended to fit one, in the future.

The tow pack cars (one electrical fan, one mechanical) didn't get a factory hitch.

As Jay says above, the cars did not come with a factory hitch. They just had the necessary parts installed on the car.

V92 is the trailer towing provisions package. Mechanical primary fan, heavy duty cooling, 2.93 posi rear...To get it ready should you want to add a hitch and tow with it. It's desirable.
