Spent Sunday collecting all of the B and D parts that I have left to give to the new owner of the Caddy and came across an Eaton M90 blower I had on the shelf. It came off one of the SC Buicks. As usual, it will require the drive coupler repair (common issue with these blowers) but that is a cheap fix.

Had some idea to couple it to a hydraulic motor and engine mounted pump for one of my diesel conversions but never got around to fabbing it up. Now it just takes up space.

Granted it's not wagon related but just wondering if there would be any interest in this unit. Used ones go for about 200 bucks (note: they all need the coupler repair) but I am open to offers.

You would probably make more money buying the $30 coupler, installing it, and selling it on kijiji as a fix for the "marbles in the supercharger" (bad coupler) that 90% of people seem to think means the SC needs to be replaced entirely.

Reason I got it. Guy had replaced the blower for exactly that reason. Told him it was a cheap fix but he knew better. Only thing wrong I can see is the coupler. Rotors are still complete and the coating is undamaged. Replaced the rear bearings, just didn't get around to doing the coupler.

damn, it'll be better than new. ZZPerformance has a better coupler than OEM if you need to source one. with the SC off the car it's probably a 10 minute job.

Do you know if it's a gen 3 or gen 5 ? If not, what make/model/year is it from ?

I'll ask a guy from the Riv board from Barrie if he's interested. He ports the casing.

If memory serves, it came off a late (96-98) Buick something. Was not really interested as the engine was turned the wrong way  Sleep
