Okay, so by recommendation of Jayoldschool and someone else from the Cadillac forum, I picked up some Eagle One aluminum wheel cleaner, and some tire shine. Smile

Here's some pictures of the adventure of removing the wheels.

Lessons learned:

1. SUV Jack stands are the devil. It was all I had to work with, though.
2. I want a floor jack, NOW. Scissor jacks are also the devil.
3. If you think you're high enough, you really aren't and need to get some more height.

Moose missed me, and was quite anxious to get outside.

Polished left, unpolished right.

Polished close-up. I see it eating the clear coat. I guess I need to strip.

I had to. I love the tint. Very Happy

All in all, after lifting that car TWICE with a scissor jack, it was still a fun experience, even if it took over an hour for two wheels. lol

just make sure to mask out behind the doors (i have nice black line there now, lol).

rustoelum black and two coats of rustoleum clear and they are holding better than the paint the General put on there Smile

Hmm... that's actually very doable. I think I just may. Smile
