| Subject: Rear window lift struts. Where to buy? Tue Jul 29, 2014 2:18 pm | |
| I'm wondering if the rear window lift struts are hard to find, or if they are a general parts store item? I figured I would ask here first, because I know the rear glass is kinda easy to break and I don't want to buy the wrong struts and possibly have them break my glass! My rear glass just goes up super slow and sometimes comes back down part way, so I know my struts are junk. I'm just looking for suggestions on where to buy them or if there are any to stay away from in fear of breaking the glass. Thanks in advance! | |

| I would think they are a generic parts store item, My OCC had new ones installed when I bought it. I know they are specific to the car however, since they have the tabs on them for the rear defroster wiring. | |

| Mine are the AMS brand struts, with the blue label. | |
