I just bought some 15x8 Chevy truck wheels and they are so close to fitting but the bolt pattern is like less then 1/8" off from fitting over the lug nuts. The front 15x7 I got fit fine on the front and rear of the car though.

Maybe the 15 X 8s aren't 5 on 5.

That's a possibility but they are older Chevy truck wheels. I thought they only came in 6x5.5 and 5x5 lug patterns.Luckily the guy I bought them from is a really good guy and when I go back through Phoenix he said just swap them out for a set that will work. I felt bad already getting a set of Belltech spindles and a set of wheels for $260.The spindles are brand new too.Don't normally find deals like that.

I think the 4x4 vs 2x4 trucks had different 5 bolt patterns not positive though...

4x4 are six lug, 2WD are 5X5 (post 72). If they are 5 bolt, and the lugs are too far apart, it's the bigger 5x5.5" found on Fords. If they're closer, the wheels are 5.x4.75 small GM or perhaps 5x4.5 Ford/Chrysler.

I measured them today and they ended up being 5x4.75. Not all bad I believe they will fit my 64 Lemans.
