DARK wood RMW spotted in the wild Empty
PostSubject: DARK wood RMW spotted in the wild   DARK wood RMW spotted in the wild Icon_minitimeThu Oct 16, 2014 10:52 am

Driving to lunch yesterday in my merry Oldsmobile, I finally snapped a pic of a wagon I've seen a few times before near my work (this town is rich in Roadmasters). I know this picture is awful (I have a flip phone) but it's a gold (Light Driftwood) RMW with a medium-dark Walnut glossy woodgrain on it. It was driven by a white haired lady, so I don't think she's a wagon enthusiast like us, lol. I hope to get a closer look at this wagon someday. I have to say, the dark wood on the gold wagon looks really good. I always felt the factory light Oak woodgrain on a gold wagon didnt have enough contrast. It practically blends in with the paint. This however, looked real nice. I wonder what the material is...

Saw one like that in southern Alabama recently - except it was dark wood over bright turquoise. Definitely a surfmobile.

I gotta get a picture of the Dark Maple OCC in my town, I mean what are the odds of another one in the same small town as mine.
