The lower rear quarter panel, behind the rear wheel, is bent on my 91 Caprice. It is a double panel , inner and outer. I'm considering removing the inner panel from about even with the body side molding down and leaving it off. That would make the outer panel a whole lot easier to fix, being able to get to the back side. What do you think?
