| Decided to change it up a bit with the wheels on my Caprice Wagon. Luckily, the biggest collector at least in the northeast is within 3 or 4 hours from me. I remembered that he had a set of Chevrolet pickup SS wheels. Wasn't sure if he still had them, but it was worth asking. A week or so later, there on my wagon. Thank you Dave! (95BRMW). After I put on the first wheel, I wasn't sure, but after I had both on one side done, I knew they were for me. Tom | |

| I like it! I think the chrome centers would make 'em pop more too.

| I like the black centers myself, throws in a bit of contrast. I'm actually looking for a set of black centers to run with my Nascar wheels on my C10. | |

| Now this is getting interesting.
TX Mike and Chris on one side, vs. Eric and Andy on the other. I'm on the sidelines taking it in.
I actually have a bunch of 9C1 chrome caps, which fit. I would have to drill and tap the wheels or buy a set on ebay which like Mike said are cheap.
Stay tuned.

Tom I don't think the 9C1's would look right, being basically old Suburban-style caps. The correct caps are shorter, solid chrome and smoother....well exactly the same as your black ones you have now, just in chrome. Wagons NEED chrome. The brighter the better! Make it SHINE! -Mike

Where is it shorter Mike? When I swap the the lugnuts, the cap will sit in nice and flush. Tom

Tom You should be able to set the black ones next to those 9C1 caps and see the difference. The chrome version of you black ones just look a little smoother and cleaner than the angular 9C1/Suburban style. Glad to grab the right ones when I go yarding. Common here! -Mike

| That said, the older-style 9C1's don't look bad Tom! I just hate to see you drill into your nice chrome wheels to mount those, when the correct ones will be easier and look..at least a little...better. | |

| I love the look of the sport wheels on my caprice. I used some astro center caps and they make the wheels sooo much better than ever before!!! | |

| I had police wheels on it before, so now I have truck wheels, I guess that's better.

| I was going to suggest Astro centers too. Also there's the short style chrome caps used on the base plain steels of GMT400s Like this one: | |

Shaneomac,I like the black wall look best. I LIKE those Astro caps! That's sharp, and looks a little "custom" while still adding the....shine. Tom, what should I look for, these or the Silverado caps? I'm leaning to the Astros....look less like truck wheels but still has the "stock" look. Oh and I vote RWL on the tires....just need to Ajax those above, but to each-their-own! -Mike
