Well, I fixed the broken exhaust manifold bolts on the drives side of my 95,but I still have an exhaust leak on that side. Are cracked manifolds
Common ? Can you remove the heat shields, and reinstall them ?

The heat sheilds are riveted on,.

Usually the pass side will break,.

did you use a new 3 point gasket for the down pipe?

Yes, I used the 3 point gasket, I used a fel-pro set on the manifold. I am going to do some more investigating to pinpoint the leak, definatly on the drivers side.

I had a passenger side exhaust manifold leak on my Roadmaster last fall. I replaced the gasket, and the bolts, but there was still a slight leak. The manifold had a small hole in it just above the mounting flange where the cat get attached. Looked to be rusted through.
