So, would letting an lt1 sit for 3 weeks (maybe 4) without cranking it over, cause the seals to dry out?

I started Jade up yesterday and noticed it was running REALLY hot after a few. Looked under the hoos and the overflow tank sounded like a spaghetti pot at an Italian restaurant. Also noticed dried coolent residue on the opti and a spray pattern on the fround under the water pump. Grrrrrr. Just what I needed. My distant hopes of having that one ready for 'fest as rapidly dwindling

I wouldn't think so sproket. My hearses and limo sit for long periods and go 5 km,at most, back in the garage.

My wagon was last driven to NH last October and fired up this week . I Think Mike said he only drove the wagon I am getting once since last November and I don't think he had any issues.

I don't say this is a good way to treat the motors,I just know thats how mine are abused.
