Subject: F/S 95 DGGM 1A2 wagon *******$2495***** Sun Jun 27, 2010 12:19 pm
I will need a daily driver next week, as the hhr is going back. I do not want to drive the wagon in the winter, so I am selling it to buy something I don't mind driving in the winter Anyways, The wagon is now up for sale. This is not a joke or a whim. This is the real deal. So now that all the bs is out of the way hear goes.
1995 DGGM with tan guts Caprice 1A2 Special Service Police wagon (1 of 154 built in 95, and 1 of 1 in DGGM) 147K on it currently After digging for history, I discovered the car was set up for accident scene investigations on the NY Thruway from 95-03 when it was sold via auction to Craig Jasmin of Key motors. He then custom built the car for pauls step father who I purchased it from.
Standard and optional equipment pw, pdl, cc (works), a/c (blows ice cold), working spot light, tranny and oil coolers, front cloth buckets, rear vinyl seat, silicone hoses, ticket light
Mods: suncoast ram air hood with matching intake eaton posi rear end with 3.73 rear gears Dynotech aluminum drive shaft custom black powdercoated ss wheels am/fm/cd monsoon stereo Gary's head light harness with cool blue bulbs. Headlights actually work. Gary's battery cables clear corners head light covers walker dynomax mufflers on stock exhaust. (Quiet til you get on it.) impala ss grill custom tune for firm shifts, speed limiter delete, air pump delete, rev limiter, shift points, 160 thermostat and 93 octane fuel 9C1 steering box ZQ8 bump stops Rust free inner fenders done in chassis saver Rust free core support done in Chassis saver rust free battery tray done in chassis saver rust free fender support bars, and hood latch assembly air pump delete air pump delete decal clutter catcher center console Fuel guage fix. (not installed yet) enough spare rollors to do another window 9c1 box number 2 installed 9C1 front springs cut 1 coil+2" installed tb bypass
Maintenence done 1. All brake lines (before I got it.) 2. Front rotors and pads 3. Rear shoes and hardware 4. Water pump (before I got it) 5. Monroe severe service shocks all around 6. *****What the car needs or is negative about it that I am aware of***** upper control arm bushings ebrake inop crusty underneath one rust hole on drivers floor board by feet area paint good, but peeling on one or two door handles spot light works but needs lubing to make move freely hood is paint chipped and black in color and no match for the rest of the car head liner has a couple small holes engine has slight leak at front main seal pass side valve cover has excessive oil on it due to leaky gasket dent in drivers rear door scratches in paint ticket light inop oil cooler lines have slight leak Have noticed that when cold there is a rattle coming from the drivers cat. Goes away once it warms up.
This car dead on reliable. I would not hesitate to fill the tank right now and drive it anywhere that tank of gas will take me. The car has only been down a drag strip three times that I am aware of. As some of you know I drove it to New England Dragway, ran three very low 15 second runs, then I left there, and drove 120 miles round trip to newton mass to pick up the hood, and back home. This car with this hood, intake and the right temps and tb bypass could easily see high 14s.
$2495 I would entertain a trade or partial trade+funds for whatever
All cleaned up andd waxed. I even waxed the door jams.
Thanks for looking

Nice looking wagon, what happened on the passenger side? Fender and front door have been repainted at some point.

So why don't you just come out and say it Bill. You're painting the HHR pink and you need the extra money.

Hi Billy,
I noticed those pictures were taken in 2005. Have you got more recent ones? How's its paint and interior changed since?
Also could you PM me its VIN?
Thx!

The pics were taken last weekend. My camera defaults back to 05 everytime I replace the batteries.

Hey Bill, I see you must be checking your threads, but evidently not your emails, lol...I sent you a couple emails about buying the wagon. Please get back to me, regarding logistics and consider the car sold.

New lower price, and a few need to be done items now on the finished. Like a better steering box along with alignment, and cleaned carpets, and cut 9c1 front springs installed.
Have noticed that when cold there is a rattle coming from the drivers cat. Goes away once it warms up.
