Torrential rains last nite,wet drivers seat belt this morning. No visible signs of rot,where do I look to fix this? scratch

Leaking roof rack nuts, water goes down B pillar lets belt get wet.

I have the same issue. It is tough to find the leak. It must be above the belt. It could be the seam that the top door seal fits over. The only roof rack nuts loose that would cause that is the front set on a Caprice. The others are below the top of the curve of the roof, and would run back to the rear of the car on the headliner unless there is a vertical piece blocking the water, and forcing it front.
