| I'll be rolling in this well crafted example: You'll see how I skillfully cut the carpet for the shifter to come through: Seriously, though... this car is a nice setup. It has the M29 T56 with 4.10 gears, which is the same as 4.56 gears with the "normal" T56. Actually it's a little more aggressive than that in 6th gear. Very nice to drive. Since this is my daily driver, I haven't had time to put the interior back together. I hope to do that before the fest, but I make no guarantee! The "cutaway dash" makes viewing the F2B bracket easier anyhow. | |

If you have it done, I want to take a ride with ya. I just did 3.73's, so I pretty much need to go with the M29. Too much work in the rear end to re-do the gears..

| what kind of MPG's do the T56's get compared to the stock auto?
I know gear ratios make a difference, just a round # is fine.
Nick, which wagon is that, I thought the black wagon was an auto, and the blue(?) one was stock looking.

Too much work in the rear end to re-do the gears.. ...you'd be better suited to find an M28 IMO... It has the 3.36 first gear ratio. Would be real sweet with 3.73's. In fact, I had that setup for about 500 miles before my gear install proved to be not so very much good. It was a great combo.

They actually get pisspoor mileage,. cos the driver immediatly suffers from lack of depth perception for the right foot,. and it usually ends up nicely flat up against the firewall,. or close to it,. yes the black one is auto,. the blue one looks stock? good. nick
