| Just ordered some new shoes for the wagon. These came optional on mid 2010s Buick Regal and Lacrosse models. 19x8.5 with 45mm+ offset. I'll order adapters after I get to measuring on the car. I'd been wanting a bigger wheel, 5 spoke ish, that looks beefy enough to carry our ladies. I'll be running the factory Taurus tire which ends up just over 28" tall. Maybe a bit too modern, but I think it'll look nice. Might have them painted a darker grey. Buick wheels on a Buick! | |

| You measured twice before cutting once, right ? 45mm seems like a high offset. You're going to have a LOT of wheel going inwards. I hope they fit under the skirt with the adapter. Don't cheap out on the adapter.
it is a nice wheel though

| The offset is lower than the z06 wheels (+56-65) the Impala guys tend to run. It should just fit. If not then I'll eat my humble pie and put them back on the auction site.
I'll be ordering custom adapters for these. Hubcentric and all. Pricey but I'd rather not buy twice with these!

That too. I was thinking it's one of the things I REALLY don't want failing because it was made in china.

| I'm all about quality, but I bought some cheapo non-hubcentric adapters off ebay to run 97 Camaro SS wheels, slapped them on, and drove pretty hard around Watkins Glen race track with no issues. Just my experience. | |

| The adapters from Motorsport Tech are here! And they didn't fit. The rotor hub is 65.1mm in diameter at the dustcap end. These came somewhere around 63mm hole. Chucked two in the lathe and 15 minutes later it's perfect. I'll still be letting the Motorsport guys know just in case another Roady/Impala guy orders a set. Tomorrow I'll get the tires mounted and try out my new shoes! | |

| I can't edit my post for whatever reason, but I wanted to tell you guys that the adapters are +30, not the full 43 since the wheels are wider I figured a little less would move them in a bit. Worked out! | |

| I'd like to suggest you take the rear wheels off and paint the brake drums with Rust-Oleum High Heat paint, or Engine/header black. Easy job!

- They fit! No rubbing and plenty of space under the skirts! It was kinda snug getting the wheels on the rear, but once there it's perfect. Also going to a 29" tire the speedo is 1mph optimistic at 70mph. Freaking great stuff!
Dunno how some guys fit 285 wide tires on their rig The tires are 255/50r19 Continental SUV tires. Still a smooth, quiet ride. I like the look. I fit 285 tires on wheels with a different offset. They were quite close to the frame. what diameter tire were you running before ?

I must be missing a piece of the puzzle. Is your speedo overreading by 1mph following the correct calibration? Or did you just not calibrate for tire size and it was previously underreading ?

| Great looking rim, thanks for posting. Anyone know if these rims/tires and adapters would work on a Roadmaster Sedan? Oh and what auction site did the rims come from? eBay? | |

Yup rims came from eBay. They should work on the sedan. These only stick out half an inch from the factory position when it's all said and done, though they are an inch taller with the tires I chose so it rubs the front inside frame /chassis when you turn lock/lock.

| bolt pattern is a little smaller (5x115) on the Dodge vs (5x120) on the Buick, but the center bore is a little bigger at 71mm vs 67mm on the Buick.
The wheels should fit, though I dunno about the center cap. Mine seems to be 2 and 5/8" wide or thereabouts.
Lots of wheels currently have a similar pattern. Ford has them too on some cars too. Must be cheap/strong besides an interesting look.

| Thank you very much for the reply and info. Any chance you have the part numbers for the adapters you used? And do you mind sharing what you paid for those rims? I think they look fantastic! | |

| I don't know if I have actual part numbers for the adapters. I called the guys at Motorsport Tech and told them what I was doing. I did have to remind them that the Roadmaster and all 91-96 B-body chevy's had the 5x5 bolt pattern not just the impala.
My order form showed this: Adapter - Hub & Wheel Centric 30mm 5x45 77.8 to 5x120 66.9 12x1.5 Studs & Lugs
I had to correct him about the 5x45, should be 5x5, and later i found the center bore wouldn't clear the hubs on the front on the Buick, those need to be minimum 65.1 mm diameter. He also made the studs for the new wheels 14x1.5, while leaving the adapter holes for the 12x1.5 factory lugs. Works great, just make sure you get 20 of each size lugnut! These are odd sizes and the local parts house may not carry them.
Jr. is a good guy though. Just call and work through the issues and it'll turn out good.
I'm not affiliated in any way with Motorsport Tech, I've just dealt with a few machine shops and generally as long as both sides are looking at the same(correct) dimensions things will be alright. Don't assume that because they are building these things they remember what every variant of every car is like.
I paid 650 shipped for the wheels, which showed up looking like almost new take offs. Looked like someone bought the car, then bought new wheels and tires and sold these.
Much cheaper is available if you're willing to hunt for a while. I get impatient with my projects.
Happy hunting!
