WF10 Volunteers needed!

Calling you lend a hand and make this event a smashing success!

WF10 needs your help (or your significant other's help if they're so inclined) in the following areas. You are welcome to sign up for multiple things if you want. Can you help us?


General help (contact Sherlock9C1 to volunteer):
1. Create WagonFest direction signs and place them at the park intersections first thing in the morning. - Mike L (200OZ) volunteered.
2. Sign-in: hand out ballot, cruise map, etc. (need one person in the morning until noon, two can work in shifts). BigBlackBeasst coordinating, helpers are Diane M (Rick's wife), Jess
3. Collect & count ballots for awards (two people 2:30-3 pm or so) - krzdimond
4. Someone to coordinate the parts swap board. Does anyone have a big poster board we could hang up for parts lists? NEED
5. Photographer and/or videotape each entrant. Tom C ("Silverfox103") and another guy I forgot (sorry!) has volunteered.
6. Clean-up crew: After dinner, clean up all refuse and make sure we leave the park in the same shape we found it. Sherlock9c1, mtrhead79, Scoob8000.

Food needs: (Mike L aka 200OZ is coordinating - please contact him to help)
1. Lunch help (3 people?) – one griller and two servers – Mike L ("200OZ") to organize grille rental, WAgon Collecter, lakeeffect.
2. Dinner help (3 people?) – (pick it up, set it out) Mike L ("200OZ") to organize, Scoob8000, mtrhead79

Chance Auction (Mike P aka DBeaSSt is coordinating - Please contact him to help)
1. Ticket Seller (one person) toomanytoyz or bewbzout?
2. Chance Auction Announcer
3. Chance Auction ticket counter: Krzdimond

EDIT - for the drawings, we'll just each group of tickets into a hat and have a kid draw the winning ticket out for each item. No need for the fancy drum.

I will help Mike with the cooking and food services. I will also be help to the other Mike for the Auction I have a big mouth!!

Does anyone remember if Fred brought his own grill? .. or was there barbecue stands already there? I have plenty of charcoal and lighter, but will need a grilling surface. Suggestions?

I can grill for lunch, but will need to be long gone by the time Dinner rolls around. I have a gig to play at up in Rochester that evening, and will be pulling out around 4:00 4:30pm.

Mike L aka 200OZ is renting and bringing the grill. Send him a PM.

I'm sure Jess will help out with registration and such...

I'll help with pavilion cleanup (gonna have to stay out of the sun as much as possible..)

Volunteer assignments are posted. Thanks everybody! Obviously it's going to be a little chaotic on Saturday despite everyone's best efforts. Just keep an eye out and lend a hand where appropriate.
