| Looking at a set of alloy wheels 17x9 et -12 with 255/50r17 tires on them. I have the impala SS rear axle too. Will they fit? Thanks in advance. | |

| Minus 12?
Should be fine. The inside clearance won't change vs a regular Impala SS wheel but your outside lip will be 12mm (about half an inch) closer to the fender skirt in the rear. Measure what you currently have and if you can spare it, you're good.
With an Impala SS rear, I'm sure it'll be fine. Post some pics.
FWIW I run a 22x9.5 ET +13 on a 255/35R22 tire with no issues.

| Prob would really strange offset and skinny wheels on the back to use an Impala/9C1 axle. | |

No. Why would it when the 9C1 has the most narrow rear of any b body. Sprocket has a 9C1 rear and the SS wheels go right on it. Requires spacers to stick them out properly.

| Huh, I did not know that. Maybe it was the spring perches that are off was the difference I was mis-remembering. After reading up on it, apparently it doesn't matter that much and a lot of peeps have done it. Dang, wish I knew that earlier.
