Wagonfest Florida 2019

It is time to start setting up for Wagonfest Florida 2019. I need a count for steaks. The speedway should be ready to take registrations in the next two weeks. I am assuming that we will be staying at the same motel again, unless someone has a substantially better deal.

Registration for the Spring Turkey Run is now open.

I checked the hotel and the standard rate is $134 ($120.60 on line).

The group discount $113.90 Fri and Sat. Day before or after $75.65. Cutoff date March 8.

I reserved 10 rooms. Either king or two twin beds.

I made my room reservation yesterday.

Enter at the gate at the back of the speedway. I believe it is gate 7, but do not quote that.

Entrance fee is $35.

Just registered, and got my room! My 5th, or 6th, Wagonfest!

Mark, did you put your name in for steaks? See post #1, and #7.

The cost of dinner has been discussed, and $20 for a steak, sides dishes, and desert is the cost. I believe that is what the cost was last year. If that is OK with everybody, we will proceed.

Be aware if you all want flamingos, I ordered them online from Home Depot $30 and free delivery to your local store. I buy them every other year and hand out 5. I don't have any or would have given them to Mark when he got the grill from me.....you could have them delivered to the HD across from the hotel too...

Thanks to my dumb *** making an oops at work I will be working Saturday morning. Will come over in the afternoon and will be there for Steaks.
