Didnt have any good options to match carpet so I figured a good grey would look good for the time being. The amps are under the cutout just ahead of the subs.
Normally I would say 2 10's wouldnt be enough for a car this big but they sound amazing in the ported box.

Update..... Did my first day driving around with the system crank up and blew the rear flap windows off the hindges lol. I'm not putting all this on the system but I am positive those were not loose before I left my house today. After I got home I had my wife help me hold both side windows and it was pushing my rear glass up.
Oh the joys of subs

I'm not big on speakers and stereos and all that stuff, but you did a very neat and tiddy job! A+++
Now for the rear windows, the hinges are a problem, prone to coming off the glass. I had both my rear windows sealed shut at a glass place. That was the best part of 10 years......no problems.

i'm not a fan of big stereo systems in my car - i value my hearing too much to ruin it. That said, it almost seems like the space was meant for that only thing i would do is aim them rearward and see if it would help with 'thrust' :-D "my car is sub-powered... i get 1000w to the mile."
and yes, the glue that holds the rear side vent windows sooner or later will fail and have to be re-glued.
I saw a yt video with a guy touting the lack of shaking and vibration from his sound system on a sedan which i guess says something for the solidness of the cars compared to many of its contemporaries.

Awesome setup. I'm planning to upgrade the audio system in my wagon also.

Tinnitus is a bitch, kid. Enjoy your "sound" system.

Already have it from being deployed a few times! Funny thing is when you already lost 30% hearing you forget how loud it is for people with good hearing

Looks like a nice install. Won't find any support for this kind of thing from the members here, though. lol
Surprisingly, I never had a big system in my wagon. I've always ended up putting it in other cars.
