Technical Issue - Posting Reply to Priv Mesg

I am new here and I was wondering if anyone could help me to figure out what I am not doing correctly. I tried to reply to someone's private message and I received a message saying:

"You haven't reached the post limit for sending private messages."

Am I missing something when trying to post a reply?

I think you need 5 posts, maybe a week also, but not sure about that.

Try it now you have 6 posts.
