My wagon took a direct hit by a large tree across the drivers side door and window.

I have the wire style wheel covers and the owner's manual plus the Shop Manual.

Wheel Covers for $80 for the set plus shipping

Owner's manual$25 plus shipping

Shop Manual: Books 1 and 2 plus update $50 plus shipping

Sorry to hear of your loss. My aunt and uncle were driving through the middle of it when it went through and said it was terrifying.

What are you planning to do with the car?

Going to let the daughter donate it to whomever she wants for the tax write-off. It is totaled.

I thought someone might want the wheel covers and manuals.

Depending on how much time/effort you're willing to put into it, many others may be grateful for the opportunity to purchase some of the other parts that are hard to come by (interior parts, trim pieces, etc).

Not sure if the donatee will care how complete the car is or not.

Just hate to loose some of these parts that are no longer available.

Are the wire wheel covers free of curb-rash, and do you have the specific key/wrench needed for their removal? PM me if so.

Ditto on what others have said about parts. Charities generally don't want wrecks, and they'll just sell it for scrap, which they can do after it's picked a bit. You could just cut out the middleman, call a scrapper, and donate the funds to a charity of choice. There are lots of do-dads on that car that can be repurposed, and are no longer available as OEM parts.

I would pick very part you can sell, and help the community with the proceeds. You should be able to get $2000+ for the parts. The drivetrain is probably worth $600 all by itself. Rear $150, flyaway panels $120, interior door panels $50-100 each, steering column $50, rear glass $100, rear wiper arm $65, Hood $50, gate $50-75, good doors $50 each, seats $50 each, heater head unit $50, computer $50, front end accessory drive $100, suspension arms $25 each, spindles w/brakes $100 each, bumper cover $50, grille $50, hvac blower motor $50, Condenser/radiator $50 each, other interior panels $35-50 each. quarter glass $150 each, gastank $50 (difficult to find), front fenders $50 each, headlights and markers $50 each side, tail lights $50 each. Check on facebook, there are people looking for lots of parts on there. Charge them for shipping on top of the part price. Ship large parts by Greyhound.

Doors are easy to change, and common. Let's see a pic of this damage.

Looks like it took the window out, but can't tell much more from the pictures. Likely a few dents and scratches too.

Any pictures once the tree has been removed?

We don't mean to be like vultures - just don't want to see a car condemned if it doesn't need to be.

That looks like it can be repaired fairly inexpensively. If you have comp insurance, they may even pay for everything over the deductible.

Well, we finally got someone to come and start clearing the 5 acre front yard of hundreds of old trees.

When he got to the one on the Roadmaster he said he would knock off some money on the job for the wagon.

SOLD as is.
