| The circuit board on the back probably has a bad part on it. You can send it out for rebuild, or get a donor, and swap it. | |

| which element can fail you will not prompt? whether there is a diagram of such a dashboard. i can't find any circuit with tachometer from 9c1 | |

| Any of the electronic components can fail. I can not troubleshoot through the computer. I do not know of any schematics for the cluster. | |
