Well some dick in a semi decided to try and drift info my lane which caused me to try and move out of the way which caused me to hit one of those plastic poles on the side of the road which hit my driver side mirror and popped my mirror off anyone know how to fix it or do I need to buy a replacement?

From just two pictures, it looks like it may be repairable. Any glass shop can put a new glass in. Looking at that metal piece in the middle of the second picture, that piece should snap right back in, providing nothing else is broken.

Worse case, go to a junkyard and pick up a one, probably for about $30. Then swap the guts of the new one, into the old. That way you won't have to have one repainted.

These suggestions are based on what I can see in the two pictures.

A little lube, and it should pop back on the X piece inside the mirror.
