MAF question Empty
PostSubject: MAF question   MAF question Icon_minitimeThu Jun 23, 2022 5:09 pm

I have read about the f-body MAF being used in the LT1's. My MAF is throwing occasional codes, and the car is getting difficult to start. I'm really not in the mood to hope for a good unit from the bone yard. What are the advantages of the f-body MAF, and what year should I order if I am buying a new one?

Thanks,

Tom

Believe you can get one from any year since they should all be the same.

If my memory is correct though they use a slightly larger MAF that requires tuning to be used properly on the B Body.
