| I have a piece of "unobtaineum" according to some experts. I got this many moons ago for my former LT1 wagon but it never got installed. I imagine only a select few looking to restore a nice example would want a new part rather than an old used one pulled from a donor. $250 shipped - unless outside USA. | |

| If anyone has this part please let me know. I had to replace the pulley about 6 months ago. I couldn't find the pulley anywhere so I found a pulley with the same belt pattern and bearing size it was actually a little to big Diameter wise so I took it to a machine shop and had them shave the pulley down to a diameter that would fit the tensioner. I also had to have the tensioner itself shaved down a tiny bit so it wouldn't rub. Worked great for about like I said 6 months then I had a issue with the harmonic balancer which I actually had misdiagnosed as my alternator, then my power steering pump which I replaced both and didn't have to then they finally seen that the crankshaft was completely stopping when I would turn my wheel. So I replaced harmonic balancer and everything worked great but my tensioner itself broke now from all the on and off. Not sure if I can be rebuilt or what type of machine shop is needed. | |

| The spring is what fails, so you need to look for a spring manufacturer. | |
