It's an OCC. I saw him holding his phone as I pulled out of Quaker Steak and Lube after the car show on 49th St. in St. Petersburg, FL.

not that i was. excessively accelerating but for sure one occasion and probably two times in my 96 i was pulled over for otl in a neighborhood but i think the cop took pity on me or couldnt' believe the car could go over 25mph and i only got warnings to 'watch my speed'
