| My 94' lost all gears today.
When it's cold she'll have every gear, when it warms up I lose every gear.
I bit rhetorical but is it cooked? Or maybe try to flush it first?

| What does the fluid look and smell like?
I'm not very familiar with the 4l60e trans, but maybe it's an electrical issue?

| Original transmission? How many miles on it?
You could try a bottle of LubeGard ShudderFix to see if softening the seals would help. Otherwise I'd plan for a rebuild.
