Are you looking for the driver's side retractor, or the whole belt and retractor? The 96 has a different buckle than the others. The belt may be the same for 93-95 on all B bodies.

Someone found a company that rebuilds the retractor. I do not remember where or who. I may have a retractor, but I am not inclined to sell it, because I want to keep it as a spare.

The passenger's side belt can be moved to the driver's side retractor if you need one immediately. The retractors are side specific. You can have the belt rewebbed, and use the original hardware.
