| I know that a lot of people have put true dual exhaust on these cars. Mine is a '93 with TBI, 5.7 and single exhaust. It has ONE O2 sensor in front of the converter. Most of the pictures of dual exhaust do not have converters. I am interested in putting dual hi flow converters on. For those that know, did you use 2 O2 sensors or one and where is it mounted?
Let me go back & edit this. I plan to put on a set of shorty headers, high flow cats, run them into an "X" pipe, a pair of decent mufflers (I don't especially like Flowmasters drone), tail pipes and hopefully end them in the old 65 GTO style tips or and oval tips behind the rear wheels.

| One 02, in the driver's manifold. I have a brand new one if you need one. | |

| I went with the Dynomax 86001 headers so they are long tube, right into an x-pipe. Than to the flowmaster mufflers with the side exits behind rear tires. All 2.5" madrel bent and over the axles achieved with the dynomax "frankenstein" kit. It kicks ass
On the 02, I went with a 3 wire from an s-10.Single 02 and the header extensions had a hole for it right on the bung. Extended the wires a bit and works terrific | |
