How complicated is it to pull these? I can't find a TBI red interior car for the life of me, but somebody's BOUND to find one eventually. If so, I'd be interested in the passenger seat skin (I can get any ol' seat from the yard here to save on shipping).

I want to do my center console during Spring Break, so that gives me six weeks give or take to find the skin. Somebody, anybody, HEEEELP!

As always, if you find it, PM me the price and we'll go from there.

There is a red interior TBI in the yard up here. What seats do you have?

I have the 60/40 bench up front, but I want to get rid of the driver's seat and get another passenger seat so that I can put the console right in.

Here's the only photo I can find of the interior right now:

I'm thinking it'd be cheaper to ship the seat skin, then I could go get a passenger seat from any Caprice, put my red skin on it, and put my headrest back and have buckets. Am I wrong, or is it really that easy?

And I guess in order to keep my power seat functionality, all I have to do is swap the seat rails over too? If you could grab that seat skin that's there and let me know how much you'd be awesome. Smile

Id look for 9C1 seats and reskin them. To keep power seats you leave the rails IN when you do the swap, just unbolt the seat and they'll stay on the floor. Thats how I did it, at least.

Well, if it ever stops snowing, if that JY that had your vents still has that '93, the front seat was in good shape. Plus it was dual power so I could snag the whole set up for you. Shipping could be a giant bitch thou.

Nah, mine isn't dual power and I don't care enough about passenger comfort to pay for shipping on it. But that wouldn't stop me from grabbing a setup from a junkyard car here..... Very Happy

I'd be good with just the skin and I'll find my own passenger seat of any color so that I can just re-skin it.

I'll see what I can do. If they're easy to pull off I'll try. But I doubt the JY will be pleased with me Laughing

I'm hitting the yard this weekend and will see what shape the seat cover is in. I believe it is the same style that you have so the cover would match perfectly. They come off rather easily to.

Woohoo! This weekend is perfect, because this week is school refund week, and next week is tax return week. I'll be rolling in money (relatively speaking) so it's time to show the wagon some love.

Very Happy

Well the bad news is that next week is school refund week. Sad

However, I'm still on the hunt for skins. Smile
