My car-nut buddy Laird is "working" in Florida all this week. He sent me all this pics from Old Town - Kissimmee, FL. This is their weekly Saturday night cruise-in. And I thought the one we had here and Austin was good. Awesome cars, and sorry in advance some of the pics are not great, he took them with his cell phone, but some NICE cars!

Awesome and unusual bunch of cars.Some of the best looking Studebakers I have ever seen.
That Shelby Maverick gave me a good laugh but again to each his own.I mean Shelby stuck
his name on some pretty crappy chryslers so I guess you can stick a cobra on a Maverick.

I have been to Old Town a couple of times. The atmosphere is awesome.

All you Florida guys don't know how very lucky you are.

My favorite is the blue Canadian Pontiac Parisienne convertible. Funny to see a 327 Chevy with Pontiac script in the valve covers. Also that steering wheel is pure Chevrolet, but the chrome trim on it is like nothing I've ever seen.

I like Canadian mutt Pontiacs, and that's a gorgeous one!

I also got a kick out of that 70's Mercury Montego. Man that seat fabric is FUNKY! Ahh the 70's! Yucko!

Oh and don't know if you caught it but those are two Herbie bugs, not the same car. Laird said he was cracking up at all the Love Bugs running around.

I like the Rod. 20th picture down. Not sure what it is but boy it looks nice. The black and silver one just before Herbie!!

Wow, musta been cold. Everyone in long sleeves and jackets? Dip down into the low 70's? Brrrr!

My Grandpa lives in Old Town and I've never heard of this. He's not really a car guy though. I guess a new car guy is what I would consider him since he buys a new one every year and a half to 2 years no matter what .
