New Exhaust for a stock 350 TBI? Empty

While working on my fuel tank a couple weeks ago I noticed one of my mufflers was getting close to splitting, and the pipe near the cat had seen better days so I decided to build a new exhaust set up. I'm thinking about going twin pipe if I can. Anyone have a good rundown of what I need for a basic, stock set up?

If you are going with a true dual exhaust you will need a big honkin credit card.If the fake
duals are your choice then a 3 or 400 dollar caed will probably get the job done.

Probably not true dual, maybe something cat back. Weighing options right now. Paint and bodywork is first.
