Wagonsfest 11 what is set in stone

Just want to make sure I have got all the info correctly so I know where the hell i'm going to go, and what I need to pay and so on and so fourth.

UNOFFICIALLY THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE SO FAR............

I just want to remind everyone to make plans, and reservation for Wagonfest Northeast '11, in Waterloo, NY. Fri., and Sat., July 29th, and 30th.

It will be much as the same as last year other than adding a Fri. trip down to Watkins Glen International for a Thunder road tour with the wagons.... This will be BIG fun.

Ok, I know this may be premature, but I'm putting this out there to gauge intrest.

Fri. July 29th, cruise to Watkins Glen International raceway and do a group Thunder Road Tour with the wagons.
What: -3 paced laps around the Glen (55 m.p.h. limited)
-Track photographer takes Pics of the wagons altogether on the starting grid and at
certain places around the track, and or our own photographer (?), depends on
the day.
-Cool other things to see in the town of Watkins Glen, History, museums, shops, and
of course the gourge.

Where: -South end of Seneca Lake, about 45 min. from Geneva.

When: -July 29th, 2011 -at 12noon, or 5pm

Price: -$25.00 per car, track photagrapher pics extra, discount for car clubs (depends on #
of cars signed up)

What do ya'll think, sounds like a blast to me.

That track thing sounds cool. Looks like I just might have to make this a 2 day event this year. I better get to work on the wagon, gotta do something different to it. it's boring to me nowadays.

I didn't know about the Glen. Hmmmm.... Gives me something to think about. I was going to skip it this year.

For the record, the Microtel IS booked up.

I took the week prior off just to make sure I get the car ready and can hit the Glen. Definitely in for the grid and solo pics as well!

How about setting up a cruise from the Micromotel to the glen? Everybody leaves together.
There could also be a vineyard stop on the way back. Plenty around the area!

I hope we get a good turn out for the thunder road cruise. That would be so cool.

Hey guys, 200OZ and I are finishing up final plans this weekend. We're going to make a few minor meal adjustments to make thing easier and simpler.
