| When he reached down and shifted gears I just about sh** myself.Bad thing about it is the 6speed automatic is faster except for TOP SPEED.That drivetrain in my wagon and they can have whatever organs they want. This is the "Golden Age"as far as performance goes.Great time for an car nut to be alive and a piss poor time to be BROKE!!!!! Apparently he was oblivious the years 1994-1996. | |

| That's one car I'd be willing to trade my GN away for. | |

| Greg I would gladly trade YOUR GN for a CTS-V wagon too.Having ridden in the CTS-V sedan, I know that the automatic is a beast.Sure seems awfully quiet as he goes thru the gears but I am sure the aftermarket will take care of that quickly and in a costly manner.Hope the aftermarket does the same for the Caddy as they do for the pony cars. | now the USA gets 60 month 0% financing. Canada ? 5.99%. Oh, but you can't buy one because there's only 1 2011 in Canada, and you can't order a 2012 for several more weeks unless you are ready to "write us a blank check" in the dealership's exact words.
3rd time since 2004 I go to a dealership to buy a car, 3rd time I'm told to go **** my hat. -04: pontiac GTO -09: G8 GXP -11: CTS-V wagon
keep it up GM Canada. | |

| How difficult is it to purchase in the US and bring them across the border?
Actually... is that even legal? lol |

| it's legal, but with caveats. It's setup so you can't just go to the USA, order a car and finance it with GM (usa) then cross back over to Canada with your new car. A "slightly used" car is much easier. | |

| I've heard horror stories over on the Cadillac forum about GM not honoring warranties across the border too. Is that true?
Sucks, man. |

| Coincidentally, over the weekend, I went to the Drag races locally at Empire Raceway near Geneseo NY. (formerly NYIRP)
Brian Herter of PCM For Less fame was there with his Stock new 2011 Caddy. Un-tweaked, did over 112mph in the 1/4. Brought out his laptop, tweaked a few charts and did 117G.

| Jim, I do not see what the issue is. It's only money... just print more.......... Our government does.
About organ recycling, I am of the opinion that if I have done my job correctly, there should be no "useable parts" left when I am done.

| I'm with Jim. I'd gladly hand over a critical part or two for a black CTS-V wagon. This one's not black but the photo rules! What a statement. | |

| There was a manufactured plated one at the gas station in front of me the other morning with two GM geeks out for a cruise in it. They said that the max theyd had it up to was 100, and that it wasn't even beginning to sweat with a LOT more pedal left.
I don't know about any organs, but there are alot of other things I'd do for one that I'd prefer my mother not to find out about.

| Wonder how many 1/4 mile runs that black wagon has on it!Not to mention the magazine articles and the video shoots of it flying across the saltflats and runways at WOT.If I was able to spend that kind of money I would want it brand new and all the abuse would be at my hands and feet only. But if I did buy it used it would have to be for a lot less money than they are asking. |

You can buy a house down here for that amount of money though. Not just one with wheels on it either, lol.
