| Hi Gang I just want ya to know I was with ya in spirit. My show/work schedule just didn't allow me the time to get to Upper NY state from Daytona Beach. How many wagons were at the "mecca"? Maybe next year.....I hope. Larry | |

| If anything, I must say that this was the year of the TBI wagon. Best of show went to an Olds Custom Cruiser. Pat's TBI woody sedan nose got coolest mod. I think that's great; I appreciate TBI wagons more and more over time.
Interesting color observations: Rare cars: 1 medium blue WB4 (krzdimond's car) 1 dark cherry metallic (DCM) woody roadmaster wagon (I swear these cars are getting REALLY rare!) 1 '96 Caprice wagon, and the only medium garnet red car there. 0 factory grey wagons 0 purple pearl metallic wagons 1 DCM WB4 roadmaster and no equivalent Caprices 1 tan (LDM) woody caprice wagon 1 tan no-wood caprice wagon 0 black woody wagons of any sort 1 Olds custom cruiser outside of the best-of-show car. 2 tan woody Roadmaster wagons - and I say this not just because my car was one of them but because a few years ago there were like 7 of those cars at the fest. In fact last year I think mine was the only gold woody there! were there even any DGGM woody wagons there? | |

| Interesting that there was only one medium blue WB4. Last year, I seem to recall there were three or four! Actually there were three Cruisers counting the winner. Mine and another just like it. Both dark blue and all three were 92's. Seems that there are usually two or three Cruisers but haven't seen more than that. I agree, DCM is being seen less and less. Sad, my favorite color outside Light blue. - sherlock9c1 wrote:

| Hi Silverfox Thanks! Sounds like a great turnout! Maybe next year I can get there.
