| its simple...you go buy a caprice! and it mounts right on!
why do you want to take the soul away from a buick? im sorry but that is one thing that pisses me off more than anything! would you put a scion grille on a lexus? would you put a honda grille on an acura? how about a smart car grille on a mercedes?
you are cheapening a buick. and to me sir, that is a disgrace! you will make the buick gods angry! not to mention that is overdone as hell!
perhaps an alternative.... bigblackbeasst and 200oz both have body color buick grilles and it really "sporties" up the car.
or you could change out to an oldsmobile grille! thats a lateral move and not to mention if you have an LT1 you could be the only one to have and LT1 olds. | |

| Heh. Yeah I'm not a huge fan of the SS grille on the Buicks either, but...
If you were to do it, you would need the bumper cover from a Caprice or Olds Custom Cruiser, because the Buick one has an indent for the larger grille, it would leave a gap. |

| I agree with all previous posts, but if you want to install an Impala SS grill on your Buick you need to use a Caprice/Impala grill bracket/hood safety catch release with it. That's it.... There will be, as a1awind mentioned a good sized gap between the bottom of the SS grill and the Buick bumper though. To make it "right" you will need the Chevy, or Olds front bumper, and bumper cover. This swap does go well with our Chevrolet engines that are in our Buicks though. Mike | |

| I put on an Olds bumper and left the Buick grille. (adjusted the bumper support down so the grille was not mashed into the bumper) I just can't seem to ditch the Buick grille....almost have enough money saved to get the grille/bumper/hood/tops of fenders painted. Lol I know it's still in the planning stages... | |

| No Mike. You need a Torx for the grille, not a Phillips. | |
