Not sure if the one I posted was a LTx or LSx style, but it can be expensive to change them over. The mid-plate would most likely cost approx. $150-300, bell housing $100-150 and input shaft & 4th gear you can find for about $150-250. This is what I saw as used prices when I was converting mine. This would be plus any labor. Unfortunately the price of parts for a T56 are up there. The t56 I installed I picked it up dirt cheap from a buddy. It was messed up as someone had put an LTx input shaft into a LSx tranny (1999). I had to have the mid-plate swapped. I also had it rebuild and strengthened to take a few more HP. | |
