Nick; what photo retouches do you see? the picture that is looking thru the steering wheel from the dash side out the pass rear window etc,. the lighting is real bright and even thru the car, perhaps he lit it with strong lighting,.and every detail is enhanced, whether its front or back all edges are sharp,. camera's either focus up close or further back ,. not both,.the detail is so sharp it has a cgi effect,. JMHO,. nick

| Yeah, I gotta agree. He did some tweaking to the pics to make that interior look "robin's egg blue"... lol
and not one pic of the undercarriage.

| That picture looked normal to me, but I'd DEFINITELY want to see the undercarriage.
HMMM: "This car spent the first several years of its life in the midwest, so there's some minor surface rust on the chassis, and the bottom of the spare tire well has some rust that has been repaired (common problem on these wagons)."

| All his cars are like that. Up's the saturation and color big time. Should see what he did on some sedans he was selling.
Still, hell of a nice wagon if it really is that clean.

The quality, and the way the leather is wrapped around the spokes, looks like one that I had done by American Stitches (now Craft Customs): http://www.craftcustoms.com/pages/Wheels%20Leather.htmLook for the wheel marked Caprice 1984 (but should read Caprice 1994): That particular combination was a standard (no leather) Caprice 9C1 wheel with 1/16” foam padding and the new leather cover. It was thicker, more comfortable, and better made that the factory wrapped wheel in the Impala. The only reason I don't still have it is that it went with the 9C1 when it was sold to buy the SS. If I needed another wheel done, they would be my first choice. - J

| Lorne, (btw...Hi, how are you?) just buy this car & graft those open-wheel rear fenders on it. Show the haters what 'cool' looks like. | |
