If so, and to anyone else planning on meeting us at the track, I'd suggest meeting us in town at the store, near the lake so that you'll be able to take advantage of the group pricing. Or as an alternative ( so you don't have to crawl through town twice) at least make arrangements to have a track session ticket picked up by someone for you.

Mike (200OZ) will be setting up a thread soon for the purpose of coordinating the Watknins Glen portion of Wagonfest weekend.

Dave, I'm coming to Wagonfest for Saturday. I'll be mailing the $10 check this week. Thanks again for doing all the logistics and whatnot.

Just wondering what/who the *registration fee* goes for? If its anything like the *wagonfest south* the end of march, with no at show activities, etc. what is the draw for anyone to make the haul from 18+ hours away? Just wondering..........

Larry, NYS charges for everything. Last year I paid $150 just to reserve a pavillion at the park. He won't be getting rich off this event, that's for sure.

Thanks for asking.

That $150 mentioned by Joel for last year was before taxes. There is a rental fee at the park for the 40x20 tent that we'll have in use of for the day. It could rain or we could be looking for shade.

It will also cover the cost of basic picnic oriented things like the charcoal, plates, napkins, garbage bags, utensils, condiments, but NOT the food itself. Attendees will supply food for themselves but will be provided with a basic way to cook things. My intent is for reimbursements to be supplied to those members working on plaques and trophies. I also anticipate costs on a very limited scale for a few paper and printing needs for the event as well.

I'll be there (Kevin) and possibly my brother (Brian)... hopefully in my '95 DCM Caprice T56. Of course I say that every year and end up showing in my trusty '94 DGGM Caprice T56. Hopefully that wont' happen again this year.

To the best of my knowledge, as of this moment in time, I will be attending the WFN2012 Event. Things may change, still a lot of work to do on the wagon. Complete new front end, brake job all the way around, plus 4 new tires. Can I get it done in time??? Time starts now.....

Paul,.. I have rear bumper mod to get done, change out door handles, new front springs, shocks, upper control arms, headliner, change out seats, rear qtr sections behind wheels, replace alternator, change rad uspport, change front inner wheel wells, and last but not least change both colors. If I have time. So lots to get done on this end too. If I get it done cool, if not, no biggie it will be going unfinished to my liking.

Val and I plus the 2 youngest are going on thursday and relaxing on friday and then going to the park on saturday, then heading home on sunday.
