WAGONFEST T-SHIRTS NOW ON ORDER

This is the preliminary design for the T-shirts for wagonfest 2012. The shirts will be dark green with white lettering. John Haynes (Bewber) will be making them next weekend so time is very short to order them.

CUT OFF DATE IS FRIDAY JULY 20, 20012 11:59pm

Why, because John needs time to go out, find them, buy them and make them all on Saturday and Sunday.

costs : $15.00 per shirt up to size XL

Additional $1.00 per additional X size (XXL $16.00, XXXL $17.00)

Send a PM to Bewber on this forum. to see if he will do custom colors. We've already done black in years past. We try to switch up every year to a different color for the "official" shirt.

I just got off the phone with Bewber, sorting out a few details.

All 17 t-shirts will be in production later today with the intent of mailing them out to me tomorrow. All the money has been forwarded to John, including fronting the money for those whose checks have not yet been received.

There are two extra shirts, one large, one extra large that will also be avialable for purchase at Wagonfest 2012. To anyone who has ordered and will not be there, those shirts will be mailed out next week, after the event.

I Just opened up a note from Bewber that the T-shirts have been completed and are sent out. They are enroute. Should have them on Thursday.
