2004 Bonny Buckets

Picked up a set of like new 2004 bonny buckets in the silver blue color.They are leather and the drivers side is power everything while the passenger side having just the basic power controls.Got them for 125 dollars and looks to be going in a friends 96 Caddy limo that he is hot rodding.My question is has anyone mounted a set of these in a B body and does the side airbag need to be disabled? I have a set of wires for each seat as well as some unknown wires.They have the see-thru headrest and the topmounted shoulder belts which will probably be removed so he can use the factory belts.
