OCC Digital Climate control swap

An idea that just came to my mind, and I want to see if I'm under thinking it. I know of a '91 OCC that is about to be parted that has the digital climate control. If one was to pull the whole dash harness plus all the related HVAC controls would it be a long, albeit relatively painless swap? I've seen the swap info on the ISSF but that is LT1 specific. But I'm wondering if I take the entire OCC dash harness if that would really speed the process up.
