| Looking for a low mile, leak free steering box. Even better if its a Jeep/Quick ratio box. Must be leak free. Trades/Partial trades welcome for the stuff in my for sale thread.

| Do you want just the plain 2-spoke or the Monte SS style?
Also, what about a Lumina wheel. Those look good on these cars

| Yep, that's my old car. I wasn't a huge fan of those wheels....kinda plain looking, and the silver trim line on them always cracked and fell out of the wheel...it's cracked in that pic there...good luck finding a good non-cracked one.
That said, to each his own, and you should be able to find one easy. Really a very common wheel, came out in 1977. Used in Monte Carlo, Impala, Caprice, Malibu, El Camino, Citation, and Celebrity cars all through the 80's.
You should be able to find one locally.

You should be able to find one locally. Boxes have dried up here as of late. Last summer there were two, TWO boxes with grey interiors, and good wheels. But I didn't want one then. And now they're gone. Story of my life.

I wish I could. Too much going on this weekend. And no extra $$. Just had to put new tires on the Volk$wagen.

| I have a the steering box from my 92 OCC when I swapped for a 2.6 box (less than 95K miles). It did not leak when I removed it. I would like $80 plus shipping (If I get one from a junk yard it will be $100). It could use a little adjustment for good tight centering. Includes the Pittman arm. I ship by FEDEX, and can get a little better rate if it goes to a business. I do not know the shipping weight, but it probably weighs at least 30-40 pounds. | |
