With my a/c fully charged and on full blast I got almost nothing...Except sound effects, sounds of the system on full blast ,not much blowing going on. Question Its blowing cold but just barely...It has a new blower fan, what should I check next?

Is the air coming out of the defrost vents? maybe the floorboard vents? It could be the air is just not being routed correctly. Check the vacuum hose under the hood by the firewall that controls the AC unit.

Pull the blower fan and look for debris or mouse nest remnants up against the AC evaporator inside the HVAC assembly. You may not be getting any airflow through because of a restriction such as that.
