| I'd like to find a set of 4 whitewall snow tires for my RMW for this winter, but while I had found some when I looked for them a few years back, I can't seem to find any now. Anyone know of any still being sold? Doesn't necessarily have to be a 225/75 either since I'm looking to get four. | |

I'm sure someone does make them, but regular whitewalls are hard to find, let alone snow tires. In March I had a tire go bad while we were in Chattanooga TN. I figured I would just replace it. I went to a bunch of tire places, they all but laughed at me when I asked for a whitewall. I finally found one, but he had to order it and it is not a major brand.
Good luck

That's the stuff! Curious to know what brand. Like Tom mentioned, for all-season whitewalls in our size, it seems mostly unfamiliar brands are your only choice, maybe the same with snows. The last major whitewall snow seems to have been the Kelly Wintermark whitewalls, discontinued in 2010 or so.

235/75R15 Kumho Nice. Are those the Kumho I-Zen tires? Tread pattern looks the same but can't find it in a whitewall. yet... Someone suggested Mastercraft Glacier Grips, but they too have recently dropped the whitewall version

| I too need winter tires with white walls. They must be studdable. I've been running Cooper Weathermasters and BFG Winter Slaloms earlier, but neither are listed with ww's any more. I think the white stripe is pretty important on a stock-looking B-body. Damn, it's getting harder and more expensive to get tires for these dinosaurs... | |

| In FL, it's more like, "What's tire tread?" I've never seen so many bald tires as I've seen in FL. It seems that people don't replace tires until ALL the cords are showing through. I can't believe you drive in rain there. | |

| Andy, I tried and tried and tried. I looked all over this here internet, called a whole mess of tire shops, and came up with squat. It seems that the last companies who made whitewall snows all stopped making them within the last 2 years or so. Your profile doesn't say where you're from, but if your up in real snow country you could try calling tire shops and see if anyone has any leftovers lying around. My step-dad got a set of whitewall snows from a local place here back in early 2013 that were a few years old stock. The other thing you could try is to check for good used sets at junkyards and swap meets. I found all mine at a junkyard, and I know others who've had good luck finding them at swap meets. | |
