| Several weeks ago I bought a 92 BRM and when i Brought it in for servicing, my mechanic saw the fram was badly rusted in the rear. thought I would have to part it out. found a local restorer who has not only restored these cars for a customer, but he owned two. Five hundred dollars later, my car is back on the road and solid again. Am enjoying the forum. i have wanted a BRM for years. Dennis P | |

| Let me guess, driver side in front of the rear wheel? Glad it's repaired!

| Rusted out on both sides, where the swing arms attatch to the frame, just before they rise up over axle. Was able to take them apart with my hands! Rusted sections were cut out, plates welded internally to remaining ends and then welded boxes over to origional shape and structure!
